“Fantastic service. You won’t be disappointed with P&D! When my car wouldn’t start, AAA came out the night before and made me wait 4 hours just to get there and tell me that they couldn’t tow my car and I’d need a different type of tow truck and they just left me there at night in the cold. P&D is great. I called earlier in the day to get a quote and gave all my information. I called back later after calling around, to confirm I wanted the tow and I didn’t have to re-explain everything again and the tow truck arrived in under an hour. He was kind and he cares about his customers and his business. He heard what I had to say about the problem and then he checked it out for himself and was able to get my car on the truck, no problem. My car was in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. When AAA came and couldn’t do it, it was 10pm and the restaurant was closed and he couldn’t navigate that. P & D Towing came while cars were still going in the drive thru and coming in and out of the lot and my car was in a tough spot and he was able to do it. His years of experience were showing as he wasn’t worried at all and knew it wouldn’t be a problem. He ALSO saw the problem my car had and knew a guy that specializes in that issue and called him to come out to my car’s destination. I was going to take it to a mechanic and he offered to take it to my house that is close to my mechanic and have the guy look at my problem and if he couldn’t fix it, he’d take it to the mechanic still for no extra charge. He also assured me that the repair guy wouldn’t charge me if he couldn’t fix my car. My car that had been stuck in the same spot for 2 days was fixed the same night. ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!!!! The price was reasonable for all he did for me and I can’t recommend him enough!!!!”
